Include a report pie chart in an email notification

I have a pie chart report that I have created, and need to embed it in an email notification. This report will be run at night to show the days work, and therefore the chart needs to be live.

I've looked at some of the answers on the board, but when I try them, I end up with a block the size of the chart with no picture or data.

Any help would be appreciated!

As I mentioned in my question, this chart needs to be embedded in an email notification, not a scheduled email of a report.

I would need to link to the report in my email notification or in my email script for this email notification.

I did read that post before posting my question, and it is taking attachments to a scheduled email of a report, and embedding them in the scheduled email.

I need to include it in an email notification, not a scheduled email of a report.
