I would like to include Service Catalog Variables on any incident (heck even change) ticket created through the Service Catalog. Any ideas on how this could be accomplished?

Sorry, but I don't think any of you are understanding.
I am already using record producers to create incidents from Service Catalog. The one thing I am missing is to include variables in the incident itself. When the user enters info in the variables, they expect the variables to show up in the incident. They are not. Is there any way to display the variables in the incident?
Thanks
