Including Catalog Variables in Incident Ticket created from Service Catalog.

I would like to include Service Catalog Variables on any incident (heck even change) ticket created through the Service Catalog.  Any ideas on how this could be accomplished?

easy way to do this is through the Flow Designer, i have done this many times
