As an Assignee I opened Catalog Task generated and set state as No Longer Needed and Update. First both RITM State and Stage moved to incorrect Closed Complete and Completed, after one min gap it gets updated to correct RITM state and Stage as Cancelled and Request Cancelled.
Even the Request level fields are not updated to correct values for this case.
Contact Type and State values showing as blank and it updates to correct values after a minute of updating.
What would be the reason behind this ? How can I solve this?

Hi @SumajRajNk,
This behaviour is most probably caused due to a business rule being executed after flow gets cancelled when catalog task state changes to no longer needed.
