Increase live chat notification sound duration

Hi All,

Could you please help me to find a solution for the below requirement?

I have a requirement wherein the live chat agents should receive the chat notification and a ringing bell that continuously rings until the agent picks it up in the agent workspace.

I have uploaded the audio file under Advanced work assignment-> Service channels -> inbox alert audio .But the notification rings only once in the agent inbox. Is there any way to repeat the notification until the agent picks the same, just like how our mobile phone rings?

Ok, nothing can be done I guess, Please create HI ticket with Servicenow support team in case you need 100% confirmation but as per my knowledge nothing can be done.
