Increase live chat notification sound duration

Hi All,
Could you please help me to find a solution for the below requirement?
I have a requirement wherein the live chat agents should receive the chat notification and a ringing bell that continuously rings until the agent picks it up in the agent workspace.
I have uploaded the audio file under Advanced work assignment-> Service channels -> inbox alert audio .But the notification rings only once in the agent inbox. Is there any way to repeat the notification until the agent picks the same, just like how our mobile phone rings?

Hello Aswathy,
There is not an option to have that. You can create a sound file with longer duration (like 15 secs) and that will play for 15 secs. Btw, the sound cannot be stopped by the agent, he needs to wait until the file plays completely.
