Index site for sharepoint is Inprogress

Hi experts,

We are configuring sharepoint online connector. Everything has been set up as per snow document.

This indexing is stuck 'Inprogress' and wont complete and sharepoint results are not displaying in portal.

Any ideas on what is the issue here?

Hi All, I got all issues resolved with HI ticket
