My project has been using the UI before it became San Diego Ver until now, but we have decided to switch to the new UI (Next Experience UI). *We have already updated our instance to Utah ver, but we are still using the old UI.
My question is, after the switch to the new UI, what problems, if any, occurred and what precautions should we take?
Please share the above information so that we can understand the issues that occurred when you switched to the new UI so that we can address such issues in advance.
(e.g., Connect chat becomes unavailable, etc.)

Hi @kei inamai ,
- Navigate to sys_properties.list.
- Set the value of the property glide.ui.polaris.experience to true to enable Next Experience or set it to false to disable it.
Please mark it helpful and solution proposed if it serves your purpose.
Thanks,
Anand
