Initiating a Jenkins pipeline upon saving a specific field in ServiceNow

As we work on automating incident resolution, our goal is to initiate a Jenkins pipeline when a specific field is selected in a ServiceNow (SNOW) incident, such as the resolution accepted checkbox. The Jenkins pipeline will execute certain logic and send a successful response back to ServiceNow. I'm curious if it's feasible to use the Integration Hub in SNOW for this purpose, rather than another workflow orchestrator.
Are there any available blogs that provide a more in-depth understanding of this process? We aim to leverage SNOW extensively in an automated manner for incident resolution.
