Hi,
I wanted to reach out and get some insights on an issue we've been encountering with our current MID server setup.
Our goal is to create an updated flow that will allow us to leverage multiple MID servers. The issue we're facing is that, on occasion, the primary MID server goes down, and we aren’t able to catch it quickly enough before something breaks downstream.
As far as we understand, while MID server clusters are helpful in certain situations, they might not be the best solution here. Given this, we are considering implementing a failover MID Server cluster and assigning it to the out-of-the-box (OOTB) AD spoke/Connection.
Before we proceed, does anyone have experience with this approach? Specifically, does anyone know if the failover MID Server cluster will function as expected and activate properly when assigned to the OOTB AD spoke/Connection?
Any insights or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
Regards,
Harshal
