Hi Everyone,
I have shared a report with a user who has all the reporting roles except the report_admin.
This user is able to access my report but when we do "insert and stay" , it is disabling the save button. The drop down next to save is working but the save button itself is greyed out.
Could you please advise what is wrong here?
Thanks,
Sowmya

Just an update, Though the save button is disabled, it seemed to have saved a copy of the shared report and able to access it from the my reports section but it is still disabled even if we open the new copy and delete option is also not available in the drop down next to the grayed out save button.

Thanks for the update. Can you please provide few steps to reproduce this issue like what are the exact roles required.
Also please mention the instance release, version.

Hi Pradeep,
We are using Geneva patch 6 and below are the steps and screenshots to reproduce the issue:
1) I am an admin, and I created a report and shared it with a group.
2) Logged in as ne of the users who are a part of the shared group and able to view the report from the "group" section of reports.
3) But once we click insert and stay, the save button is grayed out as shown in the previous screenshot.
4) clicked back and went to my reports section and the report that we did "insert and stay" is present but the save button is still grayed out and no option to delete this report in the dropdown next to save.
5) The users roles and the options available have been attached in the screenshot.
Thanks,
Sowmya

Hi Sowmya,
Unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce this issue at my end. Just for testing purpose, can you grant a role "ITIL" to the user and try once. If this works then it has to be something with ACL's on incident table.
