Insert image to MRVS field based on other MRVS field

Hi,

I trying to understand if anyone have any solution for my requirement based on the next scenario:

1. I want to create catalog item for software purchase.

2. The user can pick one or more software from MRVS

3. After picking a software, the next field will auto populate with relevant image

I don't think so there is straight forward solution for this as there are limitations on MRVS.
