How can i install Human Resources Application: Core in my personal dev instance
I cannot see it in my plugin list in developer site or in my instance
FYI my instance is on Madrid

While Lisha is correct for production instances, there is no cost for personal developer instances. Also the name is "Human Resources Scoped App: Core"
There are a couple of ways that you can check on activating it:
- From the Manage screen on the Developer website select the Action button and Activate plugin
- Check the Plugins list in your instance to see if it is already installed and inactive, so just need to activate it
On a previous PDI I had to do step 1 to activate the HR Service Delivery app; but on my "new" PDI I found step 2 was what I needed to do.
And I just went to install this plugin and got an interesting warning in the description (see screenshot)

If You want Core plugin, is available as a separate subscription. If you are using the Connect Support feature and want to set up the HR chat queue, activate the Human Resources Application: HR Connect plugin.
