Installing plugin in PDI

I had previously installed the "Conversational Analytics" plugin and want to upgrade it. However, I receive this message. How can I install the "Conversational Analytics UI Builder Components" plugin as a prerequisite for "Conversational Analytics"?

Unfortunately you can't update it (anymore) on a PDI 😞

Given SN no longer monitors the Community for instance issues and the Give Feedback button is gone from the Developer site, I'm assuming there's no help I'll receive. Disappointing.
