My organization would like to generate user satisfaction surveys when a request is submitted from the service portal. I'm aware that it's possible to have these sent out via email or chat, but we'd prefer it if these can be made part of the checkout process; e.g. displaying an interstitial of some sort when a survey is triggered. Has anyone done something similar?
