Hi,

I worked on pdi yesterday and today i tried to login, its showing instance hibernating page,

When i signed in developer homepage to wake it up, it's showing me Request Instance.

Have i lost my old PDI?

Because i think if i click on Request Instance , i'll get new one which i don't want.

I have been using this PDI for almost an year now and i don't want to loose it at all.

Please let me know what i can do here?

Hi @akshay parekar3 ,

when you log in through the developer site, and you don’t see wake instance, but instead request an instance, then you have lost it.

as you might know, there is no support available for PDIs, hence your only option is to request a fresh installation.

Hi @akshay parekar3

probably you belong to a number of users who were asked by ServiceNow via email to release the instance and request a new one. The reason was not clear, they only said "due to technical issues" 😞

Hi @akshay parekar3

Recently a email going on where SN asked to release the PDI due to technical issue. As you said, when you logged in developer.servcienow.com, it asked to request , means your PDI is already reclaimed by SN. There is no way to get it back.

The only option is request a new instance and take regular back ups.
