you can create one MRV field, upon excel upload read the excel data and convert in json format and den pass the json object to MRV, it will display all records in list.

here i need display variables value based upolad excel sheet data . it should be autopopulated Field value once RITM open in  the variable section  field

as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:

•  wait, it should come online after some time.
•  If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note, all configurations and customizations that you haven’t backed up will be lost for good.

PDIs are not eligible for support by ServiceNow thus you either need to wait for the instance to be online or else you need to release and request a new instance.
