As you may be aware, ServiceNow does not provide support for PDIs, so you have two choices:
- It should become available eventually.
- If waiting is not feasible, you can release your instance and raise request for a new instance. Please keep in mind that any configurations or customizations you haven't saved will be permanently lost.

I have been using PDI since this morning with no issues, but yes, I saw a few posts on the community about PDI offline.
1. There is no support available for PDI.
2. If you can wait, more, let's wait
3. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data.
From going forward, try to take regular backup of PDI, to avoid any loss of update set in future.
