my Instance "https://dev77086.service-now.com" is offline since last 4 hours. Please help me with this issue.

It has been reported by other users as well. You can wait for some more time or if urgent release this instance and take a new one.
There is no Support available for PDI.

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- wait - nobody can tell you how long it will take
- if you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, that any work that you might have done and haven't backed up will be lost.

Hi there,
You know that there is no support for PDIs, this is already for a while, nothing new. So posting your question here... will have zero effect.
Only thing you can do:
1) Wait and hope your PDI gets back alive
- OR -
2) Request a new PDI
As you are aware, PDIs can always suddenly without any notice drop. So always backup your work.
