Hello Team,
I am facing a issue on my PDI that "The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes." most of the time in a week.
How to resolve this permanently

If this is about personal developer's instance, it'll go offline to allow ServiceNow to save money. ServiceNow is offering an instance free so shouldn't try to abuse it.
If this is paid instance, should contact ServiceNow support.

as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:
- wait, it should come online after some time.
- If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note, all configurations and customizations that you haven’t backed up will be lost for good.

@Sujit Jadhav If you have already been waiting for quite some time then I suggest you to release the existing PDI instance and request for a fresh one. Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new instance is only solution available to resolve it.

Hi @Sujit Jadhav there is no support for its few days back lots of people face same issue its better to request new PDI
