Instance is Offline

Hello Team,

 

I am facing a issue on my PDI that "The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes." most of the time in a week.

How to resolve this permanently

Hi @Sujit Jadhav 

 

PDIs are not eligible for support by ServiceNow thus you only have 2 options - wait till it comes back online or release it and claim a new one.
