Hi.
I can't access my PDI with error "The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes." for 2 days now. Is there any maintenance going on? Will the instance be recovered?

I and some other poeple faced the same problem in last couple of days that PDI istance go offline time to time even when you working on PDI , you can experience these.
One of the unofficial news that coz of wildfire in LA , USA ..There is some data centre migration going on and they priority there subscribed instance for this first so PDI user exp this in last couple of days.
The solution is , create update set and then download your artifacts work.After that, release the instance and asked for new instnace, also clear your chrome browser cash (if possible), otherwise you may exp the same offline for your new instnance but within 48 hours ....you will feel normal experience.

@FrancisDarM If you have already been waiting for quite some time then I suggest you to release the existing PDI instance and request for a fresh one. Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new instance is only solution available to resolve it.

Most of the people are facing issues with the PDI as of now. As ServiceNow doesn't offer support around PDI, you could either wait for the outage to be fixed or release this instance and request a new one.

PDI is going under Maintenance and there is no support and once it will done you will get notification
