Instance not Waking Up

I have been trying to wake up my PDI for 4-5 days now and it remains in "Waking up instance" state.
I don't want to release it and get a new one as I have work done on it which I don't want to lose.

Hi @Somesh Lal,

Your best option is to wait, as there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs. You might see in some time, that it comes online again, or you might see if it never comes online that the instance will be reclaimed, and your work will be gone.

Based on above, always remember to backup your work through a GIT or through update sets.

I have the same problem, i try to wake up my instance but it remains in "Waking up instance" state.
