Hi @shivaadapa,

Ill provide a description and which are the criterias that is mostly evaluated:

  1. Performance:

    • This category assesses the performance of your ServiceNow instance, focusing on factors that impact system responsiveness, scalability, and efficiency. The criteria used are the time it takes to load a form, efficiency in queries, and scripting techniques
  2. Security:

    • It includes checks for vulnerabilities, security best practices, and compliance with security standards. It helps ensure that your instance is protected against potential security threats. The main metrics used as criteria are: security properties, plug-ins, and access controls
  3. Upgradeability:

    • It ensures that your instance can be smoothly upgraded to the latest versions of ServiceNow. The main indicators of this metric are changes to the core, deprecated APIs, and actions needed to upgrade.
  4. Manageability:

    • This metric measures the amount of code that has been created to perform actions on the platform, update sets, in short, how much the platform has been modified.
  5. User Experience:

    • It assesses the usability and performance of the instance from a user perspective (including agent, such as UI Action usage, etc). These criteria are application loading time, number of fields and navigation bar
  6. Overall:

    • The overall category provides a summary or aggregate score that represents the overall health and performance of your ServiceNow instance. It takes into account the results from all the other categories and gives you an overall assessment of the instance's health.
