Instance scan failed

Hi,
has anyone experienced this instance scan failure?
and there are no checks done.
Let me know if someone has experienced this and what is the solution.

It can be because of a timeout issue. Try updating the execution time threshold.
- All > System Definition > Transaction Quota Rules.
- To set a definite execution time, select Scan timeout.
- Enter the definite execution time in the Maximum Duration (seconds) field and select Update
