Intance shows white blank page on signing in

My instance shows a white blank page after successfully signing in and starting to build. It's been more than a week since this issue is showing up. Can somebody guide me on this?

For me, the issue only happened when loading with now UI. Without now UI, there were no issues.

 

For example yourInstanceName.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_user_list.do gave white page, but yourInstanceName.service-now.com/sys_user_list.do did not and worked without issues.

 

The fix was to clear instance cache.

 

Please try the following:
yourInstanceName.service-now.com/cache.do

I have 3 users in Vancouver that have the issue described here;But the other 20 of us can login and navigate fine.

We had those users flush cache in the browser, and server. Try InPrivate and incognito. User other browsers from the rest of us or the same as us. Copied and recreated profile. Tried yourInstanceName.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/pa_dashboard.do?  or similar or yourInstanceName.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/ or yourInstanceName.service-now.com/pa_dashboard.do?

without the "now"  many of the users can get to sp? esc? or the ServicePortal or Employee Center page but not core part of Servicenow navigation. Flow Designer comes up and certain user tables come up too
