Integrate my third party app with Servicenow for my clients' Servicenow instances

Dear all,

first of all, I apologise if I am asking a question that has been answered beforehand, I looked around but couldn't find a solution for my problem (there is this post that asked similar question as mine but there is no answer
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/77223202/integrate-my-3rd-party-service-with-customers-serviceno...).

I have a SAAS app which for my clients (that have Servicenow instances) I want to integrate Servicenow. As per my understanding, I can achieve this in 3 different ways.

1. I should create a spoke (which would be the bridge between my app and clients' instances) in the ServiceNow store, which my client can then integrate in their instance and make the connection.

2. Each of my clients should create API Endpoints within their instances, which then my app would hit. As per my understanding, each API Endpoint would then be different URL depending on the client.

3. Use an iPaaS (such as Zapier) or middleware tool (MuleSoft) to do the integration.

It would be a bidirectional communication between my app and my clients' instances. I would like to implement it as dynamic as possible for scalability.

Please let me know if I am understanding your product correctly, as it is quite complex and difficult to grasp.

Thank you in advance!

Thomas
