Integrating ServiceNow with UiPath using UiPath Spoke

I am trying to connect ServiceNow to UiPath, when UiPath is On-prem and we need SSL certificate to have Handshake. Integration will be used to add items in the queue in UiPath

Has anybody here have used UiPath Spoke from Integration Hub?
