Hello,
I have a question regarding third party signature devices.
Recently, one of our departments has acquired Topaz Signature Pad, which is an electronic device for capturing signatures - the sort of device used by most hospitals when checking in and signing the release forms. Our department would really like to start using this Topaz device instead of having users sign on a Chromebook device every time they come to pick up an item. Attached is the signature device purchased by our department that they would like to use. They purchased Topaz System Model T-S460-HSB-R.
The plugins com.snc.signaturepad and com.snc.esign are already Active.
Has anyone had to integrate a third party device (similar to Topaz) with their ServiceNow? I saw a post from a while back about such question but was never answered. I would assume we are not the only institution who has run into this need.
Any help would be very appreciated.

We are facing similar issues.
I would request everyone to upvote the idea , we have created so that ServiceNow picks it up in next release .
