Hi everyone,
I am working on integrating between SolarWinds Orion (Alert Incident) and ServiceNow platform,
everything works well, but I have one concern about the way recording in the Incident Event table is reflected to SolarWinds Orion.
I have researched on THWACK forum, I am aware that Orion will collect data or query data from this table
but I can not find out the direct link mentioned about this on SolarWinds documentation
as well as the method SolarWinds query these data/events from this table. Could you guide me or give me the link to continue research them?
Some note: My project does not use Event Management module.
