Integration moving a change from implement to PIR

Afternoon all.

 

We are almost at the end of an integration to allow a third party to log a change request through rest messaging. We are having an issue in which when the pull comes in and try's to change the state from implementation to Review it makes the change but then reverts back. We have narrowed it down to an OOTB BR which I am reluctant to change. Can anyone give any guidance on how this can be done or will this simply HAVE to be a manual step?

Hi @Jack62 

 

To understand this, try to log a change manually with API user and see, manually are you able to move change to Review? If yes, then API issue, if no, then process need to change.

 

The reason begin before change go to review , all task close. 

 

You can change the BR but make sure it should not impact manual process.
