Integration with Ariba

Did anyone integrated Ariba with Servicenow before?

If yes, could you please explain me the method used. I have done one way integration before, I had Ariba place an CSV file on the SN FTPS site and had a scheduled import.

I have not done so, but it has been done via Web Services according to this Wiki Article - in respect of Service Catalog:

List of Available Integrations - ServiceNow Wiki

There is a reference here to Real-time, bi-directional integration of Ariba transaction data here:

There might be a more recent or better documentation available to Ariba customers.

Did you have particular use case in mind? Integration from ServiceNow Catalog to Ariba or vice versa?
