Integration with AT&T Mobile eBonding

Does anyone have experience integrating ServiceNow with AT&T Mobile eBonding via SOAP Web Services. I'm attempting to set up an Outbound Soap message but am having difficulty getting a WSDL and connection. Is there a better way to integrate other than the SOAP Web Services?

Rose,

At MobiChord we have AT&T Mobile eBonding integration with ServiceNow.

I can definitely relate to your task - we spent a lot of efforts to make it working right. It also depends on API you are going to work with as some of them have different ways of handling responses (like normal XML response or attached binary stream with CSV file in it).

Another important aspect is to get status updates implemented (it is quite confusing at the moment) - push vs pull method. AT&T currently supports only one of these (which they configure for you API account) and you have to adapt your inbound web services accordingly.

What APIs are you trying to connect to?

If you are interested in more details, we could set up a call.

Hi Alexey,

We are in the process of gathering requirements and estimating our AT&T Mobile eBonding project. Do you have any tips on how we could approach this project so that we can do it right the first time? Could we use IntegrationHub? Any help is very much appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Could you please tell me what plugin did you install because I could only find AT&T eBonding plugin for incident management and not AT&T Mobility eBonding. I want to bring in all the devices with SIM details
