How can stop the doubling record creation so, I have integrated Snow Pdi 1 (as source) to snow pdi 2(as Target) and snow pdi 2(as source) to snow pdi 1(as Target) .

so, I am facing the issue whenever i am creating incident in PDI 1 then it is creating same incident in PDI 2 but it is creating again same incident in PDI 1.

Please give me solution how can stop duplicacy.

@kriti4 : This is happening based on your setup. In these cases, we apply the filter conditions in such a way that [If Incident is not created by ‘your integration service account’]

In this case, integration triggers for all the incidents except created by the service account account of instance 2 which stops your recursive loop of creating incidents
