I am trying to create a flow where I can create an Incident which then gets attached to a existing IMS (Interaction)
The interactions are walk-up types. Can anyone help please?
I can create the Incident via PowerAutomate with no issues, but I cant find where the link happens and where it should update within PowerAutomate for the actual linkup.
does anyone know how this is done?
