Interaction requests fail to migrate data to the IT Internal Request Service Catalog

This is a unique issue my company has been facing for years and I'd like to finally get it resolved.
If someone sends in an interaction and our techs assign it as a request, they will select the Continue UI Action that moves the interaction to the IT Internal Request Service Catalog.
When this happens, it will often bring none of the data over to the IT Internal Request form.
From experimenting with different interaction records of varying sizes (total char length and formatting) I believe it may reach a file size limit and once a interaction record data exceeds a certain size it simply...fails.
I've gotten it to the point where one more character will cause a blank Internal Request, going back and removing said character and then re-processing fixes it.
Has anyone experienced this?
Is there somewhere to increase the size/buffer limit so the data passes over without loss?
