Good morning,
I have added the interaction related list to incidents, requests and RITMS but they tab is not showing up. If I attach an interaction thru the interaction_task then the tab shows up. How do I make the tab show on the forms even if its empty?
Thank you

ahoy @Darlene York,
on the related lists, there's an option "Omit if empty" which means that hide the list if there's no record, it seems that it is your case.
To review this, scroll to the desired related list (on the record where it is displayed) click right mouse button on any of the column labels and select configure > list control
and review these values:

Hi @Darlene York ,
Which Servicenow version are you using currently.
just validate the steps given in this old KB: KB1188616 Incident Task related list will be hidden from Incident form if there is no Incident task ...
In order to have the "Incident Tasks" related list displayed all the time, the following workaround can be used:
1. Navigate to System UI > List Control > search for sys_id = ba3c6a9a53523010ae50ddeeff7b1272
https://instance_name.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_ui_list_control.do?sys_id=ba3c6a9a53523010ae...
2. Uncheck the "Omit if empty" checkbox and save the record.

That did work thank you. For the users to add interactions to the records, which is the proper related list, Interactions or Interactions_task? It seems like they may work together.
Thank you.

Excellent @Darlene York thanks for hearing from you!
Regarding the 2 mentioned tables it might be due to the fact that Interaction is a parent of Interaction Task.
