HI:
I am looking to have an interactive filter on the incident table Caller id field as well as Assigned to field but only one of them seems to work. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?
but interactive filter is only filtering on the assigned to not the caller. How can I fix that?

You can't do what you're trying to do. How would the filter know what you're trying to filter?

Hi: I want to get a list of incidents that have the user selected as Assigned to or as Client of the incident. Is that not possible?

No, not in an interactive filter. You can do it by filter condition on report level, but when filtering data, the filter would know which one you're trying to filter on.
