Interactive Filter Issue

Hi All,

I have an issue with interactive filter.

Filter Based on : Choice List

UI control Type : Checkboxes.

 

Now field which I have mentioned is having 39 choices, but on dashboard it is now showing all the choices.

Any suggestions ?

out of 39 how many are seen?

All the users are unable to see the same set of choices?

do you have language enabled in your instance?

if yes then ensure whatever choices are present for english are present for the other language as well

May be you are checking with some language user and some choices are not present in sys_choice for that language

I can see 24

Default language we are using is EN, no multiple languages.

By any chance remaining choices are inherited from parent or added in child?

Can you check the dictionary config for Alert Type field in sn_si_incident

Nope, it is not getting inherited. all the options are on same table.

Looks like a case needed with ServiceNow support.

Didn't you migrate from legacy dashboards to Platform Analytics?
