In the last week I am having intermittent issues with the SN Utils slash command switches. I frequently use /-ou and /-oc, but recently it seems to amend my filter. Here's an example where I am looking at active incidents
After using /-ou, it amends my filter and now includes closed incidents:
It seems to be intermittent and doesn't seem to be specific to the browser - I tried both Chrome and IE. I currently have another Chrome browser session for another Chrome profile open and it does not have the issue. I have tried removing SN utils and adding it again, but it did not resolve the issue. I've also checked the SN Utils settings, but can't see anything there that should be causing it. Does anyone know how to fix this?
