Introduction to App Engine Studio for Developers

Hello,  please don't be mean to me if I am doing something wrong asking questions.  I have only been  using ServiceNow for a few hours.  I am using a personal computer to learn ServiceNow Development.

I went here to start my journey a few hours ago:

https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/journey-overview?id=journey_overview&journey_id=cbdb13f...

I chose "Assoicate Application Developer course.   It was going well until I got to the module "Introduction to App Engine for Developers"

I am completely stuck at the "App Engine Studio Guided Setup"

https://nowlearning-nlinst01083182-0001.lab.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/%24guid...

When I click the "Configure" button to 'Connect Spokes" it brings up a list of spokes that must be configured and installed in order to work in App Engine Studio.

So I clicked on "Jira" and it wants me to sign in.   So I click on the sign in button and get a message 'Sorry, you can't login with this ServiceNow ID"  So I click on "Log in with a different ID  and I either get another message "Security constraints prevent access to requested page"  or I can login but then I try to go back to the "Jira" page and it wants me to login.  I thought these courses were FREE.  Please someone help me get all this set up so I can continue with this course.  Thanks!!!!

Thanks, that makes sense.

In a prod environment this this would make sense because you would need to get an entitlement in the store to install the plugins.

In a learning or pdi environment you can go to Plugins in the navigator:

And then install the needed spokes from there.

I start here

When I click the "Get Started" button on the right, then I click on 'Connect Spokes > Configure it brings up a list of spokes that must be configured and installed in order to work in App Engine Studio.

So I click on "Jira",  and then it asks me to "Sign In" which is weird because I already am signed in.

Then I get this message:

So then I try to Log in with again by clicking the "Log in with a different ID" .

So I sign in again and the get the code sent to my email then I get this message again:

Thanks Peter, but now I cannot login to ServiceNow at all.

An email has been sent to you providing instructions to reset your password.  But I never receive an email for password reset.  I have been logging in everyday to keep my instance but it will not take my password.
