Invalid to update the banner text

I need to update the banner text but I got "Invalid Update" error message when I click save, any idea of what is happening?

check these steps

In the navatigation search bar type in Basic Configuration UI16

in the form it opens there are the sections -

Hello @Harish Bainsla 
The problem is that in Basic Configuration UI16 is showing different data than the one from My company.

And is showing the text from My company and that is the one that I don't want it.

When I want to update the text from My Company it gives me an invalid update error message.
