🚨 ServiceNow Tip: Announcement Banner Not Showing?
While setting up an announcement banner in ServiceNow, I noticed it wasn't appearing on the portal. After some digging, I found the issue:
🛠 Fix: Check for an OOTB announcement titled "Invalid Run As User" in the Global scope. If its Display Type is empty, it can block other announcements from showing. ✅ Simply deactivate it — your custom announcements should then appear as expected. Hope this saves someone time!
