Hi Everyone,
I'm facing an issue with the Policy Exception form. The Valid From and Valid To date range is restricted to 365 days (OOB configuration).
Expected error message:
"The user can raise the exception only 365 days from Valid From date."
However, some users are seeing:
"The user can raise the exception only 365 days from Valid To date."
The validation works correctly, but the error message differs between users. I have impersonated multiple users, cleared cache, and tested with another developer, who sees the expected "Valid From" message for the same scenario.
Has anyone experienced similar inconsistent behavior with OOB validation messages? Any pointers would be appreciated.
