Is it okay to turn off all OOB scheduled jobs?

Hello experts,

We are asked to check on the active scheduled jobs that can be turned off. For context the instance won't be utilized anymore but they still want to retain that instance for reference. So they turn-off all custom scheduled job that sends reports and are looking for other possible scheduled job to turn off. 

Is it okay to turn off all OOB scheduled job? Are there any scheduled job that we shouldn't touch?

you need to analyze what each scheduled job does and what impact it has if it's turned off

There are few OOB scheduled jobs which you should not touch such as Import set clean up etc
