is it possible to apply the filter with to press apply ?

im using the HR workspace and the dashboards in analytics center
I have a filter that applies only when I press apply , can I make to apply on change ?

it seems too complicated with insecure results. I don't think it's even worthy trying it... this is how ServiceNow designed it and if you change it it will bring you chaos later and ServiceNow philosophy says "You touched it you own it", so there will be no support for you when there are customisations
