Is it possible to automatically copy and paste survey results? (TOKYO)

Good day, everyone.

Here is what I'm trying to achieve (Step 3):

  1. The state of a record in Table A (scoped) changes from "In progress" to "Completed". This change triggers a survey (custom made) for the user who submitted the request.

  2. The requester completes the survey. The state of the survey becomes "Complete".

  3. An automation copies the responses in the survey and pastes them in the desired fields in the [correction: REQUEST].

Would anyone kindly point me at the right direction or give me some hints on how I can achieve this?

I'm missing something.  Are there like two Survey tables or something?

No, there is only one survey table. The other table contains the condition under which a survey will be triggered.
