Hi @Kartik Magadum

yes you can change Logos. Here  Workspace Experience - Administration - All Workspaces and select Agent Workspace. Under Custom Logo you can change this.

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-platform-user-interface/page/administer/workspace/task/...

If you want to change the icon of the browser tab, you can change this under  System Properties > System (Icon image displayed in bookmarks and browser address bar):

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-platform-user-interface/page/administer/navigation-and-ui/ta...

Hello @Daniel Borkowi1

Thank you for your response, but we cannot change the icon of the agent workspace by navigating to workspace System Properties > System (Icon image displayed in bookmarks and browser address bar). This change will apply to all tabs except for Agent Workspace.

Thank You.

Hi @Kartik Magadum

Oh yes seems to be an issue which is already known.

For Custom Workspaces check this KB Article https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0964331

Unfortunately it's not helpful for Agent Workspace. Seams that this is a Problem which ServiceNow won't fix, because Agent Workplace will be replaced by Service Operator Workspace.

Hi @Kartik Magadum ,

1.  Go to the "sys_aw_master_config" table and open the "Agent Workspace" record.
2.  Upload a custom logo via the Custom logo field.
3.  Open the "Agent Workspace" to ensure that the logo is changed.
4.  Go back to the same sys_aw_master_config record of the "Agent Workspace" and attach a file to the form. The file could be an image or any other documents.
5.  Open the Agent Workspace again to check the logo. The custom logo is replaced with the default ServiceNow logo if the form has an attachment.

Mark my answer correct and helpful if helps you.

Thanks,
