Hello All,
Is it possible to change the "AssignedTo" field on Asset record based on the Service Graph Connector or SCCM integration or Any other configurations?
We have a strange issue where "AssignedTo" field changes manually, but later it was changed back to the previous "AssignedTo" user
I have verified Integrtions and Scheduled Jobs and Scheduled Imports but have no luck
Finally, I suspect maybe Service Graph Connector or SCCM integration but I am not sure, how we can identify the configurations causing this issue

Do you mean that you updated the assigned to in your instance and that it was changed back? If that's the case, can you confirm that the 'old' assignee is still on the asset in SCCM? Because if you are importing the assigned to from SCCM into ServiceNow as part of the integration, it will override (like with any integration: it comes in and transforms into ServiceNow data). But if this is the case, you should check on the process. If (still assuming I understand you correctly) the data is changed in ServiceNow, but SCCM is the source of the data, it's not updated in the correct place.
