I have a client who wants to apply this looking email template to "ALL" notifications(Incident, Change, Problem, Request, etc.). I have no problem creating that looking body template in every notification, but what about using a notification email template that can apply to all without having to do that manually in every notification? Here is an example template,
I am not sure if that is possible because 1. the email template needs a target table. 2. You see, I circled red, which shows the brand logo and the green horizontals and verticals. How can I apply any header information next to the logo, left-side body content, and right-side body content? The header and body-content information will be different in every notification, but the template will be exact with the brand logo and green horizontal and vertical.
